Caroline
Vance has a broad background in technology and strategic management, and has
over the past 10 years led major projects across such areas as core
competency, strategy development, corporate venturing, investment appraisal
and knowledge management. In knowledge management specifically, she has led
a series of Masterclasses and co-led the activities of the Knowledge
Management Forum. |

Paul Ormerod has 20 years of practical
experience of working with knowledge; its acquisition, processing, retrieval
and use in corporations and government. For the past four years Paul has
focused on identifying and sharing good practice in KM through the Knowledge
Management Forum. He has also worked with organisations to improve their
management of intangible assets, intellectual capital and intellectual
